One seed in sphanum had germinated. I had one other with a tiny root, in vermiculite, but this one didn’t make it. I threw away the vermiculite tray and kept the seedling in the sphagnum tray.
Tray 1: 100% sphagnum
I dropped 7 seeds in the tray. Some ended up lower in sphagnum than others :-)
Tray 2: 100% vermiculite. I burried 6 seeds very shallow, hardly covered in vermiculite.
(detailed information in the video below)
Temperature: around ~24C, using bottom heating.
Humidity: they were in a small propagator with a humidity of around 85%.
Light: the trays were kept under 2 white grow lights.
Fellow plant instagrammer @veryvera_ sent them to me. She doesn't sell seeds; her mother plant just happened to give seeds. A. clarinervium seeds expire fast and are therefore hard to come by.

No other seeds germinated.
The seedling had developend 4 healthy leaves. I repotted it from sphagnum into a mixture of coco peat, sphagnum and bark and placed it back in the propagator.
As you can see, it already had quite big roots!
